Why Shakeology is worth the money

One of the biggest questions I get as a Beachbody coach is “why is Shakeology so expensive?”
The way I look at it is that first and foremost, the ingredients are gathered from all over the world and the cost to obtain these ingredients is pretty high. This video explains where all the different ingredients come from.

The amazing thing about Shakeology is that the combination of nutrients, digestive enzymes, protein, phytonutrients, minerals, probiotics, prebiotics and other all natural ingredients promote weight loss through getting the human body be the most efficient it can be in a healthy manner. This patent-pending daily nutritional shake helps your body gently eliminate toxins more efficiently while allowing for better absorption of the essential nutrients you need. A proprietary blend of digestive enzymes and prebiotics helps your body progressively eliminate the toxins that build up over time from eating today’s highly processed foods.

At the same time, whole-food ingredients deliver the essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals your body needs to curb cravings, allowing your body to shed stored fat while the more than 20 different antioxidants and phytonutrients help reduce free radical damage that can lead to heart disease, heart attacks, high blood pressure, and stroke.

I have had people tell me “you’re wasting your money on chocolate goo” or “you can get all that nutrition with proper eating” and “the makers are laughing at you all the way to the bank”.

In my case, with my COPD, depression, quitting drinking and being obese, I didn’t care about nutrition, exercise or improving myself. I was simply laying on the couch watching tv and feeling sorry for myself.
Once I was introduced to P90X and Shakeology I began to feel just a little bit better each day. I still wasn’t totally committed but I was getting better. After a couple months I made a decision to totally commit to the workouts P90X and Insanity as well as Shakeology. I also began eating better with less processed foods and more vegetables and fruits. I quickly started losing weight and feeling better about myself. The depression was lifting and I started looking forward to what each day had to offer. The workouts became a passion and Shakeology became a twice a day meal in addition to 5-6 meals and snacks throughout the day. I don’t know what part of what I was doing made me feel better but I believe that the Shakeology was the start of some form of chemical change in my brain and once I added a totally committed workout the effect grew tremendously. For me it has been a total lifestyle change and now I can share my results with other people and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

All I can say is there is no way to get all the nutrition that’s in Shakeology for any less money. This video explains the Breakthrough that Shakeology is.

To buy the nutritional value in one serving would cost well over $40 in food and with prices rising in the global market that price will go up while the price of Shakeology will remain the same.

I could buy a pack of cigarettes or a caramel macchiato but what is the nutritional value of either of those? For less cost than either I am making an investment in my future and my quality of life.

Lets just assume that over the course of my life that Shakeoloogy adds one year of work, because I am healthier, I will earn a full year of pay in whatever it is I’m doing at the time as a return on investment. That alone is worth the price and then some. Not to mention feeling better and being happy. Throw in that I can earn money with Team Beachbody as a coach sharing my results and that is just icing on the cake. As an added bonus to being a coach I get a 25% discount on Shakeology and all other Beachbody products. Anyone can be a coach or distributor which simply gives a person the opportunity to earn a 25% commission sharing their results and helping people live fulfilling happy lives.

To sum it up YES Shakeology is worth the money and has made a dramatic impact on my life and gotten me started on the journey to the healthiest me there has ever been.
