My P90X 30 day results

Well hello there my friends. I have taken the results at day 30 of this round of P90X. While I’m not very happy with the scale and the body fat percentage I know that this is a matter of what I’m eating. I virtually stayed the same weight and fat % after 30 days with a slight increase. However, I have lost 1/2 inch in my waist and gained 1/2 inch in each of my chest, biceps and thighs. I am pleased with those results and I am almost back into the pant size I was wearing in high school. Most importantly for me, I am making it through the cardio workouts without my lungs slowing me down too much. Having COPD with a lowered lung capacity this is a huge accomplishment and I am having to take many less breaks than earlier.  

The next part of my results was to take the P90X fit test. I am extremely pleased with the results. In most exercises I crushed my day 1 totals.

These are my pictures from day 1 and day 30. I am pleased with the definition I’m starting to see. It really will start to change the numbers on the scale once I dial in my nutrition and get back to more of the Ultimate Reset menu items rather than eating whatever I feel like eating. It’s not that I’m eating bad but I’m not eating the right things to maximize my results. Doing an intense program like P90X I really need to fuel my body properly and give it what it needs.
