Mike McDonald Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 7

Today was day 7 of the Beachbody Ultimate Reset.

Breakfast: Steel cut oats, green apple, greek yogurt, grade b dark maple syrup.

Lunch: Zucchini cashew soup, microgreen salad and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Dinner: Baked tempeh, brown rice and steamed broccoli

Pretty good day overall. Energy is a bit higher but not too much. Meals are very good and fulfilling but I may need to up my portions as well as water intake. That may help with the energy. Ready for week 2 to get going and see how that works out. Will take weight in morning just to check. Don’t feel like I’ve lost too much but that’s really ok. Not trying to really lose too much but losing fat would be good. Feeling a little thinner though.
