Mike McDonald Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 19

Today was day 19 of the Beachbody Ultimate Reset.

Breakfast: Fresh fruit plate

Lunch: Hearty vegetable miso soup, microgreen salad and toasted pumpkin seeds

Dinner: Mediterranean roasted beets, baked tempeh and coconut collard greens
