Last week I was asked to join a transformation group doing Body Beast. I was currently between workouts and am really waiting for the release of Insanity Max by Christmas so I figured what the hell. Today was day 1. I haven’t really done much weight training since my first round of Body Beast so it was a little challenging getting back into it. Now it’s going to be all about the nutrition and working through some persistent nagging injuries mainly to the shoulders. I’ll definitely have to work out intelligently to avoid doing more damage but hopefully will strengthen the areas that need it. I’m really looking forward to getting some beastly results.
